The Meme Lab is a contract for official Meme Cards artists to experiment under the OM/Memes umbrella. Beyond that - in 6529's own words - "there basically is no framework."

Not only will this give existing Meme Card artists a platform to build out their Meme Cards further, but in some instances, it could also serve as a lower price point entry into the Memes ecosystem. In any case, it represents another opportunity to Seize the Memes.
