Niantic Partners With Fold

Niantic, famously known for their work with PokemonGo, has partnered with Fold, a bitcoin rewards company to create an augmented-reality Bitcoin game. Although details are sparse surrounding the development of the app, it has created excitement within the cryptocurrency community. With the Metaverse and Play-To-Earn games grabbing the attention of the NFT ecosystem, Niantic joining the scene adds to the list of large corporations getting involved in web3.
