Weekend NFT Volume Report | Bored Ape Kennel Club Surges
Another weekend has come to a close with low NFT trading volumes.

In the past, big volumes from the top-tier NFT projects have translated into success for smaller NFT collections, so market participants should keep an eye on collections drafting from the success of CryptoPunks and Bored Ape Yacht Club.
While the CryptoPunks floor has not moved at all, the secondary volume has increased almost 200 percent over the weekend.
This weekend was headlined by three Ape-trait Punks which received offers of 1,800 ETH ($1.8M USD). If any are accepted it would mark the eighth-highest CryptoPunk sale denominated in ETH according to the Larva Labs website.
On the same note as the Punks, big offers also came in for rare Bored Apes this weekend, specifically the "Solid Gold" fur apes. Yet, where CryptoPunks just saw offers, the Bored Ape Offers turned into sales.
Two gold Apes sold this weekend for 670 ETH and 869.69 ETH, respectively. While there have been larger sales in USD, these are two of the highest Ape sales ever in ETH denominations.
ENS
At the end of last weekend, ENS was the leader in sales volume by a wide margin, beating second-place Otherdeeds by more than 2,000 ETH with 6,820 ETH in sales.
While there has still been plenty of action on ENS, it is not nearly what it was during the mania the week prior. The collection has done 2,863 in sales volume the last week which is down 53 percent from the week prior and it has also seen its unique sales drop off by 24 percent in the same time span.
Bored Ape Kennel Club
Despite no formal announcements, Bored Ape Kennel Club saw a huge uptick in volume over the course of the weekend.

The project saw 172 unique sales which is an increase of 145 percent from the week prior.
The Saudis
One big free mint was the winner again this week, The Saudis NFT collection. After the project minted, it quickly rose to a 1.0 ETH floor. The project has done more than 6,700 ETH in total volume on OpenSea since its release just three days ago, which is more total volume than any other collection besides CryptoPunks.
