After a very slow weekend, Monday was scorching hot (relatively). Overall OpenSea volume bounced back to 8,500 ETH, the 2nd highest total in the last 10 days. That volume was spread nicely across existing projects and some new ones, making Monday a very profitable day for minters.
Azuki led the board with 1,500+ ETH traded across marketplaces as its floor rallied 15 percent to 11.4 ETH on the back of its "Physical Backed Token" launch. The Azuki set had already benefitted from some top-end sales (Spirits have been moving like hotcakes over 100 ETH) and mid-tier sales, and this news was the catalyst to launch them back to double digits. Beanz were up 5% on the day at 0.95 ETH. Punks also had a nice day, seeing 620 ETH volume as its floor reached 66.6 ETH.
New mint success was the other story of the day, with several seeing major returns. Castaways - The Islands reached 3.1 ETH from a free mint, as Castaways and DigiDaigaku continue to carry the free-to-own meta on their backs. Mothz launched in stealth after a 1,6000+ person Twitter spaces and reached 0.1 ETH from a 0.02 ETH mint. And then Splat also did a stealth launch, reaching a 0.5 ETH floor from its 0.05 ETH mint, a whopping 10x for minters. Overall this was a great rebound from an incredibly slow weekend and hopefully a bullish start to the week, on a day that also saw crypto up ~1 percent and equities up even more.

Today is a slower day of mints after yesterday's bonanza. Expect a cool-off for the primary market, as it has been very unlikely to have two straight hot days in this bear market. With that said, the recent movers (Mothz, Splat, Islands) could absolutely see some extended run today on their second day of trading and will likely be in the top ten in trading.
