Coolman's Universe artist and founder Coolman Coffeedan announced two notable Discord community members, Guru and Rose_Garden, would be joining the project to help steer the direction and expand the Coolman's Universe brand.
The pair will head the CMUnity Leadership Team, working closely with Dan and the project's other full-time members, though they will not be directly compensated for their time.
"As active CMU holders, our incentives are aligned with the CMU community. This position is not compensated. We are volunteering our time because we believe in the message of Spesh and the potential of CMU in the Web3 space," reads a message from the pair in the community Discord.
Coolman's Universe NFTs have fallen significantly since the market turned bearish in the early part of 2022. The project which helped lead #CuteMeta in the early part of the year now holds a floor price of 0.10 ETH, a precipitous drop from the all-time high of 2.30 ETH in February.
The project will host an AMA later this week to address any community questions or concerns.
The Jar Dude by Coolman's Universe burn is now live according to a recent tweet from the team.
Users can burn their Jar Dude NFTs for an entry into the project's upcoming raffle where Coolman's Universe will be giving away a "Gold Snake 1/1 and a Dino World Spesh."
Holders of a Jar Dude NFT who wish to enter the raffle can do so on the official website.
Coolman's Universe Jar Dude NFTs currently hold a floor price of 0.018 ETH according to the Lucky Trader Project Rankings. The companion collection was airdropped to Coolman's holders on May 19 and is intended to decrease in supply via raffles and other burn mechanics.
Coolman's Universe will officially open its burn raffle for a 1/1 Golden Snake and "Dino World" Coolman's Universe NFT at 6:00 p.m. ET according to an announcement from the project.
Once the burn window opens, users will have the ability to burn an unlimited amount of Coolman's Jar Dude NFTs for entry into the raffle. At the time of writing, Coolman's Universe Jar Dude NFTs hold a floor price of 0.01 ETH. The companion collection was airdropped to Coolman's holders on May 19 and is intended to decrease in supply via raffles and other burn mechanics.
Each Jar Dude NFT that is burned earns one entry into the raffle, and the burn window will be open for 48 hours until Tuesday, August 23 at 6:00 p.m. ET.
At that time, two winners will be randomly selected and given one of the aforementioned prizes. The "Dino World" trait marks the second most rare "world" trait in the Coolman's Universe NFT collection. NFTs with the "Dino World" trait currently hold a floor price of 0.185 ETH.

The Coolman’s Universe Babies collection mint price has been changed after the project cited “feedback” around the 0.195 ETH mint price.
The project paused the allowlist mint of its companion NFT and changed the price to 0.089 ETH Saturday. All allowlist minters will be refunded the difference in mint price and those who used Jar Dude NFTs to claim will receive their Babies NFT and an additional Jar Dude, according to a Discord announcement.
The mint will reopen at 2:30 p.m. ET Saturday.
“While the team remains extremely confident in the future value of this collection, we also understand the current state of the market and know an adjustment needed to be made,” the project tweeted. “We hoped to get this right the first time, but didn't. That is on us.”
There were 749 Babies minted in the 20,000-edition collection before the contract was paused. The floor price is currently 0.17 ETH.
The Coolman’s Universe floor is 0.43 ETH, down more than 17 percent from a day ago.
Coolman's Universe officially announced the winners from its public raffle for Coolman's Babies allowlist spots.
More than 130,000 wallets entered the public raffle, but only 2,500 winners were selected.
Winners should expect to find an email with all mint details, but those who entered can also verify the status of their entry at the raffle page.
Allowlisted winners will be the first group to mint Coolman's Babies NFTs on July 9 at 10:00 a.m. ET. Followed by Waitlist winners on July 10 at 11:00 a.m. ET for any unminted Coolman's Babies from the allowlisted phase. Both the waitlist and allowlist have the opportunity to mint prior to the public mint at 4:00 p.m ET if any supply remains.
Coolman's Babies NFTs will mint for 0.195 ETH each and allowlisted wallets can mint up to two Coolman's Babies NFTs.
Coolman's Universe has released information regarding another opportunity for collectors to become eligible for the project's upcoming "Babies vs. Anti-Babies" mint. Beginning today at 3:00 p.m., ET, holders of an NFT from the project's "Jar Dude" companion collection will have the chance to burn their Jar Dude NFT in exchange for a free Babies/Anti-Babies mint.
The spots will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis with 50 total spots available. In order to be eligible for the reward, collectors must burn their Jar Dude NFT through the official website that will be provided by Coolman's Universe later today. Although spaces will be limited in today's burn window, the team notes anyone who misses today's window "will still have the opportunity to burn during future burn reward phases."
The Jar Dude collection was airdropped to Coolman's Universe holders on May 19 and the collection's floor currently sits at 0.1 ETH. The public mint cost for the upcoming Babies/Anti-Babies drop will be 0.195 ETH.
Coolman's Universe recently announced that the project will be making its way to the television screen with the "UR SPECIAL, The Show!"
Following the news of the show coming out, the market seems to have reacted negatively to the team's much-anticipated announcement as the floor of the project is down 23 percent to 0.50 ETH following the release of the trailer.
While the floor has struggled over the last hour, the collection is up 56 percent in sales volume and 115 percent in unique sales since the announcement.
Coolman's Universe is set to release an animated series titled "UR SPECIAL: The Show!" according to a recent tweet.
The show is being produced by Cartuna, an animation studio based in Brooklyn, and will feature founder Danny Casale's main character "Spesh."
While there is no current set release date for the animation series, a trailer has already been released and it is known that the show will have multiple full-length episodes.
Since the announcement at 7:24 pm ET, Coolman's Universe has done 12 sales on OpenSea.
The public raffle for the Coolman's Babies allowlist will stop accepting entries at 2:00 p.m. ET tomorrow.
The raffle is open to all public participants and only requires that users follow @coolmanbabies on Twitter and join the Coolman's Universe Discord.

If selected, allowlisted wallets will be eligible to mint up to two Coolman's Babies NFTs when the mint goes live on July 9. Should the mint not sell out during the allowlisted phase, waitlist wallets will have an opportunity to mint Coolman's Babies NFTs before the public sale.
The mint price for allowlisted wallets has not yet been determined, but Coolman's Babies will be claimable for free for all Coolman's NFT holders.
Coolman's Universe NFTs hold a floor price of 0.688 ETH at the time of writing.
