Pudgy Penguins is teaming up with The Br3akfast Club, Kellogg's NFT project, to bring Pudgy's to the cover of a Kellogg's cereal box according to a recent tweet.

Users will have a chance to get the Pudgy Kellogg's box by minting a The Breakfast Club NFT. Each NFT comes with "a physical, officially licensed Kellogg's cereal box collectible. Each box contains Anonymous merch & a QR code, which can be scanned to redeem additional prizes, such as NFTs from Pudgy’s collection" according to The Br3akfast Club.

At the time of writing, The Breakfast Club currently does not have a Discord, mint price, or official website, as the project's Twitter account tweeted for the first time ever around eight hours ago.

Pudgy Penguin and Lil Pudgy holders interested in attending Pudgy Penguins Art Basel event can go to the Tokenproof website now.

The event, which is set for Thursday, Dec. 1 from 7 to 11 p.m. ET at Stevo79 in Miami, will feature a "winter wonderland of activations and experiences."

Pudgy Penguins announced on Tuesday that its NFT collection is now available on Magic Eden. Better yet, interested buyers can purchase the Pudgy Penguins NFTs on Magic Eden with $SOL, not just $ETH.

Magic Eden announced new functionality in August where buyers can now purchase NFTs on its platform with $SOL, $ETH, or even with a credit card in $USD. The functionality is powered by Crossmint, a new NFT platform that provides the ability for users to buy NFTs "without crypto wallets or cryptocurrency."

The announcement comes a day after Lil' Pudgys holders were told they would be able to use their IP on Pudgy Collecibles.

Pudgy Penguins made headlines and captured the attention of NFT holders after announcing that holders can now license their Pudgy Penguin NFTs for IRL toys back in July.

At the time of this writing, Lil' Pudgys have a floor price of 0.22 ETH.

Pudgy Penguins is releasing a children's book in collaboration with Green Kids Club, according to an announcement from the project. 

Green Kids Club works with non-profit organizations to help spread the word on environmental issues via children's books, and more. As a part of the collaboration with Green Kids Club, a portion of all book sales will be donated to penguin conservation programs. An official price has not been shared. 

Additional details on the book have not yet been provided, but it will feature Pudgy Penguins and Lil Pudgys characters licensed directly from the Pudgy Penguin community.

The children's book is just the latest in a string of initiatives from the Pudgy Penguins, which includes the launch of an advisory board, its own marketplace, and a tease of plushy Pudgy Penguins toys. The floor price has reacted positively on the momentum, increasing 83 percent over the last month to 3.29 ETH at the time of writing.

Pudgy Penguins have released a soulbound token according to a recent tweet. 

Soulbound tokens cannot be transferred, bought, or sold and will forever be bound to the wallet it is currently in. 

The tokens, known as "penguPins," was airdropped to holders who licensed their Pudgy Penguins NFT to be used in the team's physical toy deal with PMI Toys. 

The team believes that soulbound tokens are here to stay and are a key component for the future of Web 3 that "allows users to publicly quantify their impact and involvement within our community."

Pudgy Penguins also hinted at this just being the beginning of its commitment to soulbound tokens as the team wants to continually find relevant use-cases for them within the NFT and crypto space. 

The current floor price of a Pudgy Penguins NFT is 2.90 ETH according to the Lucky Trader Project Rankings. 

After a tweet of what the team was claiming to be the merchandise drop, the Pudgy Penguins account said "just kidding" and released the real merchandise that is coming out in a recent tweet.

The merchandise drop is taking place tonight at 7:00 pm ET.

There are currently no details as to if the drop will be open to everyone or exclusively to holders of Pudgy Penguins and the NFTs in its ecosystem.
