After unveiling its Dooplication process earlier this year, Doodles has had only a few positive moments in which it could push forward its community, a community that has been in some turmoil amidst comments from Poopie and a falling floor price. Regardless, the team remains committed to its path, as evidenced by its commentary when the Stoodio was first teased in the Doodles' commitment to ETH Doodlemap release.
It feels dramatic, but each step of the Doodlemap feels like a critical "make it or break it" type event for Doodles' connection to the native web3 demographic and community, particularly given the divide that Doodles 2 previously created. Will the Stoodio energize a whole new group of collectors, hoping to create their own Doodles? Or will there be a mass of low-value supply Doodles that users prefer to the originals? We'll see.
