Latest Creepz ShapeShifters News
Overlord, formerly Creepz, signed agreements with entertainment group WME and Seth Green's Stoopid Buddy Stoodios to bring its IP to film and TV, according to a report from Hollywood Reporter.
❗Why It Matters
While many NFT projects have ambitions to showcase IP on a grand stage, only a few projects have been able to sign with reputable agencies or entertainment studios. In this case, Overlord has achieved both, working alongside WME (which boasts clients like Adele and Alicia Keys) and Seth Green, an experienced entertainer that has fully embraced web3. It remains to be seen if any web3 brand can succesffully leverage its IP via film and TV, but Overlord is now working with groups that can help.
📊 By the Numbers
The Creepz Genesis collection had started trending up even before the team's announcement yesterday. Add in the $BLUR stimulus that hit markets yesterday, and the project's chart is enjoying green, up 23 percent over the last 7 days.

While the exact names of the partners are currently unknown, Overlord shared some details regarding the partner saying it added the ex-CMO of Levis, ex-VP of Lululemon, and an ex-VP of Nike.
The project also teased a couple of more partnerships with Puma and Tinder but did not touch on what position the partners had at those companies.
Overlord stated that it is adding these partners to help them grow the "Creepz streetwear brand to compete with Supreme."
Creepz, now known as Overlord on Twitter, announced that it is holding a casting call contest for its holders in a tweet from earlier this afternoon.
The team is on the hunt for some of the "most shrewd and stylish Creepz to flaunt their fit checks and represent us" according to a recent Discord announcement.
Holders will go head to head against other holders in the first round of the contest which the community will then vote on. As of the time of the tweet, users have 48 hours to enter the competition on the official Overlord website.
After going to the official website to enter, holders will click on the "Pink Stone" and then connect their wallet, from there holders are limited to entering one of their Creepz NFTs into the contest. Once a user selects an NFT to enter they cannot change their entry.
Also announced was that holders must have their Creepz NFT stake to enter the contest, if they do not currently have their NFT staked they can do so on the official Overlord staking website.
Creepz has been one of the surprises of the crypto bull market, separating itself in the NFT marketplace with its growing and profitable ecosystem. The floor on the Creepz Genesis is currently 8.7 ETH and the token ($LOOMI), used to mint companion projects, is $0.53 as of this writing.
The Creepz earn a certain amount of $LOOMI per day depending on color and breed, with the least rare Creepz earning 1,500 and the most rare (1/1 super-rares) earning 2,500.
Because holders need to stake the Creepz to earn $LOOMI, most holders are opting to stake, effectively creating a supply shock. As of Jan. 25 at 11 a.m., only 81 of 10,000 Creepz were listed.
(Another companion, the Creepz Reptile Armoury, which sold out around Jan. 21, earn 600 $LOOMI a day and has a 1.62 ETH floor.)
At 2:30 p.m. Jan. 25, Cold-Blooded Creepz will open up the minting of ShapeShifters, the third collection in the Creepz ecosystem.
ShapeShifters will cost 10,000 $LOOMI to mint for the first NFT, then 15,000 for every one after. Those who mint five of the same ShapeShifter, can form a Mega ShapeShifter, which will earn bribes, or shares of a growing store of 25 million $LOOMI.
Project leaders haven’t announced if Creepz Genesis NFTs will be required to hold for ShapeShifters to earn $LOOMI (as is required with another companion, the Creepz Reptile Armoury), but some members of the Discord are speculating.
These aren’t the last companion projects for Creepz. The website includes an image of something called “Mystery Box” which has a drop date of Q1 2022. The description says the boxes are “mystery sacrificial items ready to earn your spot in the OVERLORDS lair.”
The Overlord — the overseer of the Creepz ecosystem — has also teased the opportunity to mint a “loomi vault NFT.”
