Quirkies has added to its advisory board, selecting Anna Rosenthal from Bartle Bogle Hegarty according to an announcement from the project.
Rosenthal has experience in leading business divisions at BBH, a London-based advertising firm. Her work has spanned across clients like McDonald's Global, Google, and Amazon.
"We are striving to be a global brand & a global movement. Having access to Anna’s global advertising experience places us in pole position to be the WEB3 brand who can achieve this," said the brand.
Rosenthal is the latest addition to the Quirkies Advisory Board, which recently added Jesse Bryan, founding partner and CEO of Belief Agency.
Quirkies are up more than 17 percent on the week and hold a floor price of 1.47 ETH at the time of writing.
Quirkies announced Jesse Bryan, Founding Partner and CEO of Belief Agency, will be added to the Quirksville Advisory Board. Bryan is also a Venture Partner at Prota Ventures.
Jesse Bryan has built a market-leading creative agency in Belief and is expected to be a great asset to the team. Belief Agency is a full-service creative agency and story consultancy that builds brands by uncovering their true stories.
Belief Agency has worked with top brands such as Microsoft, the Seattle Seahawks, Amazon, and Starbucks.
The announcement comes about one month after Steve Brudzewski was added to the Quirksville Advisory Board. No further details were provided as to more additions to the board at this time.
Quirkies, an NFT art project founded by Syntribos, is officially partnering with Helix Metaverse to airdrop Quirkies-themed in-game assets to holders.
These in-game assets will be digital wearables to "rock in Parallel City," which is a detailed 1-to-1 scale recreation of New York City in the metaverse.
"In partnership with Helix, we will be gifting holders in-game items dependent on your Quirksville holder tier, including a cross partnership special item," the Quirkies team wrote on Twitter. "Tiers matter. Quirk, Quirk."
Helix, which stands for Hyper Expansive Lifelike Interoperable eXperience, is an immersive web3 platform built by Hypersonic Laboratories. Its mission is to make "blockchain gaming fun and accessible to all."
Every item in Helix is owned by the holder, has real-world value, and can be freely traded on a decentralized open market.
"Once purchased, an item is yours forever," the platform's website reads.
Public Alpha access to the metaverse, along with its LIX launch, is expected to happen in Q2 2023.
Quirkies announced Steve Brudzewski as the first member of its Quirksville Advisory Board in a tweet on Monday evening.
Brudzewski is the founder and director of sales at Top Drawer Merch, a premium full-service merchandise, technology, and web3 agency based in Los Angeles.
While he has already been working behind the scenes on the Quirkies streetwear brand, the announcement also indicates that Brudzewski has worked with clients such as adidas, Riot Games, Budweiser, and Bored Ape Yacht Club.
No formal details were provided about the expansion of the Quirksville Advisory Board in the announcement.
The Quirkies collection has been relatively quiet in recent months, but notably built its own marketplace for Quirkie NFT trading in early July.
The project holds a floor price of 0.84 ETH at the time of writing and is ranked #44 in our PFP Power Rankings.

Quirkies released its own marketplace according to a recent tweet.
The marketplace allows holders to list their Quirkies and Quirklings NFTs for sale on the website.
Non-holders of the collections are still able to use the platform to make purchases from the Quirkies ecosystem as well as send bulk offers and buy multiple NFTs at once.
The collection fee for selling still remains on the recently released platform but sellers do not lose a percentage of their sales to marketplace fees like they do on OpenSea and LooksRare.

Shortly after the reveal, the price slightly increased to 0.39 ETH with the top Quirkling sale being 5 ETH.
To better accommodate holder timezones, the Quirkies team announced it has changed the reveal window for its Quirklings companion collection.
The reveal is now expected to take place during the 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. ET window.
Prior to the reveal, Quirklings hold a floor price of 0.319 ETH.
Quirkies has released its allowlist for the project's upcoming "Quirklings" companion drop. Users whose wallet addresses are listed on the Quirklings WL Final sheet will have the opportunity to mint one of 4,000 Quirklings that have been reserved. 5,000 additional Quirklines from the collection are reserved for Quirkies holders, while the remaining 1,000 NFTs in the 10,000-piece collection will be made available in a public sale.
