The Deets
- y00ts shifts from Polygon to Ethereum, returning 100% of the Polygon grant.

- More info is expected on Points Parlor today.
The Bulk
Frank DeGods rolled out substantial updates to the DeGods NFT ecosystem. First, the y00ts community will be transitioning from Polygon to Ethereum. As part of the move, the entirety of the grant received from Polygon will be returned. Polygon will then be able to strategically utilize them to foster NFT ecosystem expansion, focusing on supporting creators and developers. The transition symbolizes the intention to unify the DeGods & y00ts communities.
Additionally, the announcement of DeGods Season III was made, with the integration of 20,000 new pieces of generative art. These additions will not dilute the existing art pieces but instead, provide minor updates and boosts to existing DeGods. The move will also diversify the collection, as 1:1 swappable female versions will be introduced. DeGods also removed traits that were unwanted by the community, reducing gore and improving inclusivity.
The process of updating existing DeGods to Season III comes with a 333 $DUST fee. Interestingly, this fee will decrease over time to ensure all members can enjoy the new art and win prizes. Any $DUST used to convert DeGods to Season III will contribute to the Points Parlor prize pool, a platform that allows DeGods holders to use points to play games and win exclusive prizes. A sneak peek reveals prizes ranging from a Tesla to everyday essentials like groceries. More details on this are anticipated.

$DUST, the ecosystem token necessary for upgrading to Season III DeGods, is down 2.2% in the last 24 hours. The token is now priced at $2.41, down 68% from its all-time high of $7.58.
At a price of $2.41, users hoping to upgrade their DeGod immediately will need to pay approximately $800 to do so.

Frank DeGods teased a few details of the upcoming v0.1 of de[id], a platform offering unique wallet authentication, Twitter integration, and enhanced Web3 profiles from DeGod's founding company, Dust Labs.
The Deets
- de[id] + Wallet: Offers authentication for ETH, Polygon & BTC, with wallet delegation to minimize security risks
- de[id] + Twitter: Connect your Twitter account for streamlined interactions with DeGods & y00ts NFT communities
- de[id] v1.0 (coming soon): Promises a more user-centric web3 profile environment
The Bulk
Dust Labs has unveiled the v0.1 of de[id], a cutting-edge platform designed to reshape how users interact with the Web3 ecosystem. The platform's functionality can be broken down into three key areas: wallet, Twitter, and user profiles.
In the realm of wallets, de[id] brings an advanced level of authentication for Ethereum, Polygon, and Bitcoin, providing a much-needed feature in an industry plagued by security concerns. Furthermore, it introduces the concept of wallet delegation. With this, users can authenticate their cold wallet once and avoid the risks associated with repeatedly accessing these secure storage solutions.
The platform's integration with Twitter enables quick community building. Upon connecting their Twitter accounts, users will be followed by DeGodsNFT and y00tsNFT. And shortly, a feature will allow users to one-click follow all verified DeGods and y00ts NFT holders.

🖼️ The Big Picture
Dust Labs is working to simplify the community building experience, making it more accessible, secure, and user-friendly.
@waleswoosh summarized a Discord AMA session held by Dust Labs founder Frank in an early morning Twitter thread that was later retweeted by the official y00ts Twitter account today.
❗ The Details
In the AMA, Frank hit on a number of upcoming initiatives within the Dust Labs ecosystem, most notably:
- y00tpoints, the rewards program for y00ts holders, is one of the team's current priorities. Earned through staking a y00ts NFT, y00tpoints will soon be redeemable for rewards, which will "not be merch, but dope sh*t that no one expects," according to Frank.
- y00ts will receive a forthcoming art upgrade, but the rumor that states holders will be able to purchase certain traits using y00tpoints is not true.
- Operation MHL (which stands for Maximizing Holder Liquidity) is another focus for the project. Frank plans to provide y00ts holders with access to "top tier tools and individuals in web3 who will educate and enable them to make a bag in the space."
- To help solve for the low liquidity in the Polygon NFT ecosystem, Frank mentions that "several team are working on solutions" that will soon enable y00ts to be purchased with mainnet ETH.
🔜 What's Next?
The above items are all expected to happen in Q2, and Frank expects June in particular to be a big month for the team.

Non-custodial staking is live for DeGods on ETH as well as for y00ts on Polygon, per announcements from both @DeGodsNFT and @y00tsNFT.
The Details
- NFTs stay in holders' wallets but are frozen by the staking contract.
- NFTs can’t be transferred/traded until unstaked (unfrozen).
- Token-gated apps work (e.g. Twitter hexagon pfps).
- On-chain holder data will be more accurate.
- Non-custodial staking is optional but suggested.
- The respective staking sites are degods.com/staking and y00ts.com/staking.
❗ Why It Matters
There is no meaningful change to "DeStake" besides the non-custodial component, which means staked DeGods and y00ts will stay in their owners' wallets while still earning points through the staking mechanism.
🎬 Take Action
- To move your DeGods to non-custodial staking, simply unstake and re-stake your NFTs. This operation will cost ETH gas.
- To move your y00ts to non-custodial staking, simply unstake and re-stake your NFTs. This operation will cost MATIC gas.
For the next week, DUST staking and unstaking fees on ETH and Polygon will be waived. Fees will resume on May 4th.

- First 5,000 DeGods Bridged to Ethereum (April 1, 2023)
DeGods officially made the transition to Ethereum last night, beginning with an announcement at 9:30 PM ET. As of Saturday morning, over 5,000 DeGods had already made the journey from Solana to Ethereum.
❗ Why It Matters
Long considered the premier Solana NFT project, DeGods are leaving their home in a move that follows y00ts migration to Polygon earlier this week. There has been a lot of debate over where the DeGods collection will rank among Ethereum NFTs post-bridge, with popular opinion settling somewhere around the Azuki tier. DeGods has not disappointed in their first few hours on Ethereum.
🔎The Details
- Dust Labs is covering all gas fees related to the migration through 9:30 PM ET tonight.
- On April 3, a "Paper Hands Bridge Tax" will go into effect on the original Solana collection. Those who do not bridge to Ethereum will face a royalty fee of 33.3% should they choose to sell their DeGod NFT on Solana. DeGods on Ethereum will have a royalty fee of only 0.33%.
- One lucky DeGods holder who migrates their NFT within the first 24 hours will win a BTC DeGod.
- The first DeGod sold on Ethereum went for 11.1 ETH.
🔢 By The Numbers
The project's floor price on Ethereum currently sits at 10.4 ETH (or $19,000 USD), trailing Azuki by around 3.5 ETH. The floor price on Solana on Magic Eden sits around the same range, at 939 SOL, or $18,780.
