Cryptoon Goonz announced its new rewards system called BRED to offer exclusive perks and benefits to its community. Holders earn 24 BRED for each day their Cryptoon Goonz NFT is staked in the Cryptoon Goonz Portal.
The claiming windows for BRED will run from the 1st to the 7th of every month. Users need to claim their BRED during these designated windows or their earnings will be paused until the next month's window. Marketplace drops and restocks will coincide with these claim windows, providing more opportunities to obtain Goonz merch and benefits.
BRED rewards are built on the Polygon blockchain and the system automatically covering the transaction gas fees. There's no need for MATIC, network switching, or any complicated processes. Once claimed, BRED is securely stored in the user's wallet with complete ownership.
As part of the rewards system launch, users will no longer be able to sell their Gonnz NFTs when in the Portal. A holder must remove the NFT from the Portal in order to sell the NFT.
The Goonz ecosystem plans to grow and create more meaningful ways for users to interact with their collectibles. BRED can be used to buy limited-edition art, physical items, exclusive experiences, and much more, making it an exciting addition to the world of NFTs.

Cryptoon Goonz released its latest merchandise drop known as the "Dice Club collection" according to a recent tweet.
This drop follows the project's recent partnership with the apparel company Urban Outfitters.
The collection features clothing items such as shorts, t-shirts, long sleeves, hats, and a Cryptoon Goonz-themed dice tray. All of the merchandise sports the dice head trait from the genesis collection.
Users do not have to be a holder of the project to purchase the merchandise and those who wish to add any of the apparel to their wardrobe can do so here.
In celebration of the drop, the team met up with DraftKings at the Foxwood Lounge to "roll some dice."
It's school picture day for the Cryptoon Goonz family! An airdrop is scheduled to take place today at noon, ET for all Cryptoon Goonz and Cryptoon Goonz Portal NFT holders where a new "beautiful PFP of your OG goon" will be gifted to each collector.
These School Photo NFTs will not be tradable, and will always be tied to the owner of the Goon. School Photo NFTs will exist as a separate collection on OpenSea, and collectors who purchase a Cryptoon Goonz NFT after today's drop will be able to claim a Goon PFP via the project's website by paying a gas fee. Cryptoon Goonz also references a "Yearbook Page" in its FAQs about School Photos, though no further information is currently available.
Goonz's School Photo NFTs follow a similar initiative from Smilesss, who last month created non-tradeable "fish-eye lens" styled PFPs based on the original Smilesss collection.

Cryptoon Goonz, a project created by @SeanTat2s, confirmed a partnership with the major retail clothing store Urban Outfitters back in June.
Since the partnership was announced the two companies worked together to put Cryptoon Goonz merchandise in Urban Outfitters locations as well as host a panel together at Harold Square during NFT NYC.
Users involved in NFTs or those who just like the apparel are still able to the merchandise in stores or online.

Holders will be voting to decide on the advertising placement for the project's collaboration with the clothing apparel company Urban Outfitters.
The voting will take place on snapshot.org and for each Cryptoon Goonz NFT the holder owns they will receive one vote for the proposal.
Cryptoon Goonz artist, Sean, will be raffling off a 1/1 art piece according to a recent announcement from the team.
Users who received the airdrop for being one of the first 25 Cryptoon Goonz holders with a "Portal Gun" trait to go through the Portal will be entered into the raffle.
The art piece will be a Portal Gun and it will feature the winners OG Cryptoon Goonz NFT and its Wonky World Goon NFTs eye trait on the piece.
